Mark J. Sullivan is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Sullivan is involved in patent prosecution and litigation, primarily in the area of chemical technologies.
In addition to practicing law at an intellectual property boutique, Mr. Sullivan was an engineer for over 15 years, working primarily in the chemical and defense industries. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Virginia.
Mr. Sullivan earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2002. He earned both his M.S. in Environmental Engineering in 1995 and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 1983 from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
