Elizabeth Stroyd Windsor is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Windsor represents employers in both complex and single-plaintiff discrimination and harassment cases (including gender, race, age and disability discrimination and harassment) in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies including the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Windsor was a law clerk to Judge Arthur J. Schwab of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Windsor earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and her A.B. from Kenyon College.
Ms. Windsor is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
