John M. Raders

Associate

John M. Raders is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Raders focuses his practice on insurance recovery, with an emphasis on litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has tried approximately 30 cases to verdict, arbitrated hundreds of cases, and settled hundreds of cases through alternative dispute resolution. Throughout his career, the focus of his practice has consisted of providing clients with advice regarding insurance coverage, claims, and insurance litigation, including first-party property and third-party liability claims.

Mr. Raders received his J.D., cum laude, from Loyola Law School in 1979, where he was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, in English from Loyola Marymount University in 1975, where he was a member of Alpha Sigma Nu.

Mr. Raders is admitted to practice in California.
