Peter Kristian Ellegaard is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice and a member of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Ellegaard was a legal advisor for an international transportation company, where he worked in the United States and abroad on a range of matters that included compliance, corporate and employment law, contract drafting, negotiation, and management of litigation.
Mr. Ellegaard received his LL.M. from Fordham University School of Law in 2007. He received his M.A. in Danish law in 2002 and his B.A. in 2001 from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Mr. Ellegaard is admitted to practice in New York.
