John D. Bosco is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Bosco focuses his practice on the defense of discrimination claims, the enforcement of noncompetition and other employment agreements, compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, and the training of management and employees.
Mr. Bosco's practice also focuses on the defense and trial of complex employment and accessibility (ADA) cases in federal and state courts, as well as advising, training, and counseling companies on state and federal employment and accessibility laws.
Mr. Bosco represents employers in defense of Title VII, state discrimination law, state tort law, and traditional labor law claims. He also has assisted employers in the enforcement of employment, noncompete, and confidentiality agreements; and has provided clients with advice on complying with all federal and state employment-related laws and regulations in the operation of their businesses.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Bosco was a labor and employment associate at a leading international law firm.
Mr. Bosco received his J.D., scholastic honors, from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2004, where he was on the editorial board of the Wake Forest Law Review. He received his B.S., cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2001.
Mr. Bosco is a member of the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section; the Texas Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section; and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
Mr. Bosco is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas.
