George W. McClellan

Associate

George W. McClellan is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. McClellan's practice focuses on an array of state and federal complex commercial and civil litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on business dispute litigation. He represents clients in a wide range of industries including the accounting, manufacturing, and energy sectors. In addition to his business and complex commercial litigation experience, Mr. McClellan's practice includes securities litigation. He regularly advises clients with regard to their commercial opportunities and potential liabilities.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. McClellan served as a law clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

Mr. McClellan earned his J.D. from the College of Willam & Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 2000, and his B.A. from Saint Joseph's College in 1997.

Mr. McClellan is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
