Robert H. Scheibe is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Financial Restructuring Practice. Mr. Scheibe has represented financial institutions in restructuring and bankruptcy matters for more than 30 years and has frequently acted as counsel for JP Morgan Chase Bank as debtor-in-possession lender (including in the Chapter 11 cases of United Airlines, Kmart Corporation, World Kitchen, Inc., LTV Steel Corporation, Polaroid Corporation, Burlington Industries, Inc., Bruno’s Inc., Paragon Trade Brands, Inc., Marvel Entertainment, Inc., The Caldor Corporation, Armstrong World Industries, Inc., Harnischfeger Industries, Inc., Barneys, Inc. and others).

In addition, he has acted as counsel to First Union National Bank, Mellon Bank, and other institutions.

Mr. Scheibe is admitted to practice in New York.
