Derek B. Eddy

Derek B. Eddy is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Eddy worked for several defense firms in Philadelphia. He also started a brief-writing enterprise before focusing his practice on construction litigation. Mr. Eddy enjoys golf, reading, and movies.

Mr. Eddy earned his J.D. from Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 1996, where he was a member of the Temple Law Review. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from Boston College in 1993.

Mr. Eddy is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
