Brendan Dolan is a partner and Assistant Practice Manager of Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice for Northern California. He is resident in the San Francisco office. Mr. Dolan's practice focuses on employment litigation with emphasis on defense of complex employment disputes including class actions and multi-party actions under state and federal wage and hour laws, state and federal discrimination laws and ERISA. Mr. Dolan's practice also involves litigation before a variety of administrative agencies including state and federal anti-discrimination agencies, and the National Labor Relations Board.   

Mr. Dolan has extensive state and federal court trial and litigation experience and has argued matters before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the California State Apellate Courts. He has managed large regional engagements in which he has supervised defense of multiple matters. He regularly advises clients on the National Labor Relations Act, collective bargaining, and a broad range of labor and employment subjects including complex executive level contract and compensation disputes. Mr. Dolan also advises clients in international employment matters. He represents clients in a broad range of fields including technology, communications, energy, media, hospitality and retail industries.
