Sheryl L. Orr

Sheryl Orr is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Orr focuses her practice on public and private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters. She also has dealt with securities law matters, including representing underwriters in initial public offerings of securities under the Securities Act of 1933 and regularly counsels issuers in connection with reporting compliance under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
