Kimberly Heuer is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.
Ms. Heuer earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2002. While attending law school, Ms. Heuer was the research editor of the Temple Law Review. Through Temple's honors program, she interned with Judge Louis H. Pollak of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She was a teaching assistant in Temple's Legal Research and Writing Program. Ms. Heuer earned her B.S. in genetics and cell biology from the University of Minnesota in 1995.
Ms. Heuer is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
