Joshua M. Stone

Joshua M. Stone is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Investment Management Practice. Mr. Stone's practice is primarily focused on the formation of private investment funds and advising managers of, and investors in, private investment funds. Mr. Stone also has significant experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and asset-backed lending.

Mr. Stone received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2000, where he was an articles and notes editor for the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy and received the Flora S. and Jacob L. Newman Prize for outstanding student written work for that journal. Mr. Stone received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1997.

Mr. Stone is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and New Jersey.
