Jeffrey Brydzinski is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Brydzinski focuses his practice on complex construction law, products liability, indoor air quality, insurance recovery, asbestos, and other hazardous materials.
With respect to his construction practice, Mr. Brydzinski has represented owners, contractors, and subcontractors in drafting and negotiating contracts and in developing and pursuing project-related claims with regard to construction of professional sporting arenas, hotels, resorts, residential buildings, school buildings, and energy producing facilities.
Mr. Brydzinski earned his J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2002. While attending law school, Mr. Brydzinski was the articles editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society, and a semi-finalist in the Michigan State Detroit College of Law 2001 Trial Competition. Mr. Brydzinski also served as a legal extern with Judge Thomas A. Wallitsch of the Lehigh County Courthouse in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Brydzinski earned his B.A., cum laude, in political science and economics from Muhlenberg College in 1999. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Brydzinski participated in a White House internship by working in the Correspondence Department.
Mr. Brydzinski is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
