Michelle Seldin Silverman

Michelle Seldin Silverman is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Silverman represents and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment-related litigation and the preparation of employment policies, manuals, and agreements.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Silverman was a litigation associate at a large international firm, where she focused on complex class action and multidistrict litigation. Ms. Silverman has represented companies in both the pretrial and trial phases before state and federal courts. She also has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Ms. Silverman earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2002, where she was named to the Order of the Coif. She earned her M.A., with distinction, in legal history from the University of Michigan in 1998 and her B.A., cum laude, in history from Dartmouth College in 1995.

Ms. Silverman is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
