Albert Lung

Associate

Albert Lung is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Lung's practice concentrates on corporate and securities laws. He focuses on public and private securities offerings and counsels publicly listed companies on corporate governance, legal compliance, and general corporate matters. He has represented clients in venture financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial transactions in the technology industry.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Lung was an associate at a leading business and finance law firm in New York, where his practice included capital market transactions, secured financing, and advising private equity funds on matters relating to securities and corporate law.

Mr. Lung earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2001, where he was the managing editor for the Cardozo Law Review and authored an article titled "Must-Carry Rules in the Transition to Digital Television: A Delicate Constitutional Balance." He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from New York University in 1998.

Mr. Lung is admitted to practice in California and New York.
