Shabnam N. Ahmed is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Investment Management and Securities Industry Practice. The lawyers in our Investment Management Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Ahmed ran her own marketing and promotions company.

Ms. Ahmed received her J.D. from Howard University School of Law in 2007, where she was an articles editor for the Howard Law Journal. She received her B.A. in economics from the University of North Carolina in 2000.

Ms. Ahmed is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
