Jaime R. Prince is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Prince focuses her practice on the representation of institutional lenders and corporate borrowers in connection with asset-based and cash-flow loans, secured and unsecured credit facilities, acquisition financing, mezzanine and subordinated debt financings, loan syndications, restructurings, and other financial matters.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Prince was an associate at the New York office of a prominent law firm.
Ms. Prince earned her J.D. from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2003, where she was an editor of the Moot Court Honor Society. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Villanova University in 1998.
Ms. Prince is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
