Steven M. Fenton is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Real Estate Practice. Mr. Fenton focuses his practice on real estate transactions and finance, including leasing, multi- and single-property financing, acquisitions, and disposition of commercial and retail properties.  

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Fenton was a real estate associate at a prominent New York law firm.

Mr. Fenton earned his J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School in 2005, where he was a Justice John Marshall Harlan Scholar and a member of the New York Law School Law Review. He earned his B.A. in political science from Vassar College in 2002.

Mr. Fenton is admitted to practice in New York.
