Dennis W. Bishop is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Bishop worked as an associate at a leading Washington, D.C. law firm, where he counseled clients on a wide variety of corporate, banking, project finance, and sports law issues.
Mr. Bishop earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1995, where he was a note and comment editor for the Pepperdine Law Review. He earned his B.A. in economics from Colgate University in 1989.
Mr. Bishop is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, New York, and Massachusetts.
