Edward Savory is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Edward's practice focused primarily on private company mergers and acquisitions in the UK, acting for sellers and buyers in the technology and recruitment sectors. He completed his training contract with a law firm in London, qualifying as a solicitor of England and Wales in October 2006. Edward has worked for the Prince's Trust in assisting startup businesses with incorporation in the UK and advising on partnership and company matters.
Edward received his Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of the West of England, Bristol in 2003 and his LLB (Hons) from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, Newcastle Law School in 2002.
Edward is admitted to practice in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
