W. Ryan Davis is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Davis has represented clients in a wide range of U.S. and international business law matters, with a particular emphasis on merger and acquisition transactions, including for private equity funds and other clients.

Mr. Davis also has handled equity and debt financing transactions, venture capital investments, and other general corporate matters. He represents clients in a variety of fields, including private equity, financial services, chemicals, distribution, food ingredients, animal products, construction, and manufacturing industries.

Mr. Davis is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
