W. Ryan Davis is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Davis is a member of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice and Private Equity Practice. He has represented clients in a wide range of U.S. and international business law matters, with a particular emphasis on private equity transactions and complex mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Mr. Davis represents private equity sponsors and their affiliated portfolio companies in connection with U.S., cross-border, and international mergers and acquisitions, as well as restructurings, purchases and sales through bankruptcy, and financing matters. He also has handled equity and debt financing transactions, venture capital investments, and other general corporate matters. Mr. Davis also represents clients in a variety of fields, including the financial services, chemicals, distribution, food ingredients, animal products, construction, and manufacturing industries.

Mr. Davis is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
