Sharon F. Fulgham is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Fulgham represents employers in a variety of labor and employment litigation matters, including harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, wrongful terminations, and other contract claims. She has experience defending individual claims for short-term and long-term disability benefits and breach of fiduciary duties cases. Ms. Fulgham also has a background in the pharmaceutical industry
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Fulgham was an employment associate at a leading international law firm.
Ms. Fulgham received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2004, where she received a Dean's Scholarship and the Fulbright & Jaworski Writing Award. She received her B.S., cum laude, in biology from Texas Christian University in 2000.
Ms. Fulgham is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Courts in the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas and the U.S. District Court of Colorado.
