Michelle Park Chiu

Michelle Park Chiu is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Ms. Chiu received her LL.M. in international and comparative law and her J.D. from the dual-degree program at Duke University School of Law in 2006. In law school, she was a member of the moot court board and a lead editor for the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law. Ms. Chiu received her B.A., summa cum laude, in Hispanic and continental European literature from Boston University in 2003, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Ms. Chiu is admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia.
