Alison L. Tomasco is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
Ms. Tomasco earned her J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 2006, where she served as an executive editor of the Boston College Third World Law Journal. While in law school, Ms. Tomasco received First Place Honors in both the Boston College Law and Regional ABA Client Counseling Competitions. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in English from the University of Notre Dame in 2002.
Ms. Tomasco is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
