Lance Director Nagel is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. With his practice focused on immigration and nationality law, Mr. Nagel works on matters related to inbound and global visas for executive and professional employees of large multinational companies. He is a leader in the immigration field who understands the wisdom of applying corporate policies and procedures to the immigration process, and in developing global mobility policies and strategies. His strong relationships with senior government officials help him serve clients with their long-range immigration plans.

Mr. Nagel helps clients think and work proactively by providing them with traditional compliance policy reviews and audits, case management and litigation technology and international executive travel and foreign resident worker visa processing.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Nagel was a partner with a prominent San Francisco-based firm. He has spoken at many seminars on immigration law.

Mr. Nagel received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law. He earned his B.A. in philosophy from Columbia University, and also attended the Julliard School of Music, where he studied the violin, and the College de France, where he studied ethnology.

Mr. Nagel is admitted to practice in California and New York.
