Emma O'Kane is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Emma's practice focuses on a variety of complex international commercial matters involving litigation and arbitration. She has acted in a number of reported cases in the English Court of Appeal and in multi-jurisdictional matters for companies across Europe, Japan and the US.
Emma joined Morgan Lewis in February 2003. She was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in January 2000 and as a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia in February 2000. She earned her BA in applied ethics from Griffith University in 2000 and her LLB from Queensland University of Technology in 1997.
Emma is admitted to practice in England & Wales and Australia as a Solicitor.
