Christina K. Harper

Christina K. Harper is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Harper's practice focuses on tax, international tax matters, and tax controversy.

Ms. Harper received her LL.M. in commercial law, concentrating on international tax and tax policy, from the University of Cambridge in 2006, where she graduated first class honors and was awarded the Jennings Prize and Bevan Prize from Wolfson College for academic achievement. She also attended the University of Cambridge on the Overseas Trust Bursary scholarship. Ms. Harper received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School in 2005. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, as a Regent's scholar from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2000, where she received the Reg Robinson Award for Excellence in international relations.

Ms. Harper is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
