Rebecca J. Hillyer

Rebecca J. Hillyer is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Hillyer concentrates her practice in general litigation and has experience in a wide array of litigation matters, including intellectual property, securities, and insurance.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Hillyer was an associate at two large firms, one with an international practice and one with a regional focus in the Philadelphia area.

Ms. Hillyer received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2003, where she was comment editor of the Journal of Labor and Employment Law and a legal writing instructor. She received her B.A., with high distinction and high honors, in psychology from the University of Michigan in 2000, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Ms. Hillyer is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
