Timothy C. Harker

Timothy C. Harker is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice and a member of the firm's Private Investment Funds Practice. Mr. Harker's practice focuses on the structuring, formation, governance of, and investment in domestic and international private investment funds, including hedge funds, funds of funds, venture capital funds, and other private equity funds. He provides counsel to major financial institutions, investment banks, and other institutional investors in their roles as sponsors and investment entities.

Mr. Harker earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2007, where he was a quarterfinalist in both the 2006-2007 and 2005-2006 Campbell Moot Court competitions. He earned his B.S. in information systems and logistics from the University of Maryland in 2002.

Mr. Harker is admitted to practice in New York.
