Edward J. Donnelly

Edward J. Donnelly is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Donnelly's practice focuses on a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters. He has represented global and national clients from a range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, telecommunications, and accounting, in cases involving fraud, breach of contract, products liability, toxic torts, and unfair business practices.

Mr. Donnelly received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2002, where he received the CALI Award for Excellence in Criminal Law and was recognized for Best Brief in Moot Court. While in law school, he served as an intern in the Office of the Public Defender in San Francisco. Mr. Donnelly received his B.A. in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1998.

Mr. Donnelly is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
