Amy Pocino Kelly is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. Kelly's practice focuses on all aspects of the firm’s employee benefits practice, including qualified pension and profit-sharing plans, cash or deferred arrangements, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and executive and equity compensation arrangements, as well as welfare benefit plans. Ms. Kelly also works on multiemployer plans and plans sponsored by tax-exempt and governmental employers.

Ms. Kelly provides day-to-day benefits advice to employers ranging in size from emerging growth businesses to Fortune 100 companies, with a particular focus on mid-size employers.

Ms. Kelly received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law (Camden) in 1999 and her B.A. from Boston University in 1996.

Ms. Kelly is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and Virginia.

Ms. Kelly serves as a member of the board of directors of Robins Nest, Inc. and a member of the Investment Committee of Women Against Abuse, Inc.
