Jamie L. Ghen is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Ghen was an associate at a leading litigation law firm. There, she practiced complex commercial litigation, including, but not limited to, bankruptcy, securities law, white collar defense, director and officer liability, The Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and class action lawsuits.
Ms. Ghen received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden in 2004. While in law school, Ms. Ghen worked as a judicial law clerk for Judge William C. Carpenter, Jr. of The Superior Court of Delaware. She also served as a judicial intern for Judge F.J. Orlando, Jr. A.J.S.C. of The Superior Court of New Jersey and as a judicial extern for Judge M. Faith Angell of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Ghen received her B.A. in journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1998.
Ms. Ghen is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before Pennsylvania's state and federal courts.
