Dr. Lekha Gopalakrishnan is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Dr. Gopalakrishnan focuses her practice on all areas of intellectual property law. She is involved in patent prosecution matters in the chemical and biological arts, and in rendering opinions regarding patentability, patent infringement and patent validity. Dr. Gopalakrishnan also has worked extensively in trademark procurement, technology licensing and due diligence investigations. In addition, Dr. Gopalakrishnan has worked on litigation matters involving patents, trademarks and copyrights.
Dr. Gopalakrishnan earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2000, her Ph.D. from Northwestern University in 1995, her M.S. from the University of Texas in 1990, and her B.S. from the University of Madras in 1986.
Dr. Gopalakrishnan is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
