Jason Elliott is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Elliott focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation and general employment advice.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Elliott was a labor and employment associate at a leading international law firm. He also has a background in business valuation and commercial insurance claims.
Mr. Elliott received his J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 2005, where he was a recipient of the Hatton W. Sumners scholarship and served as the associate managing editor for the SMU Law Review. He received his B.B.A. in finance, with honors, from the University of Texas in 1999.
