Paul Denham is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Paul advises on general finance and banking matters, advising both lenders and borrowers on acquisition finance transactions, asset-backed loans, project finance, property finance, and restructuring and workouts. Paul predominantly works in emerging markets, but has experience in the UK, throughout Europe, the Middle East, Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States, and the United States. He has experience in a number of industry sectors, including insurance, mining, vehicle leasing, real estate, energy, and media.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Paul was an associate in the corporate practice of another international law firm, resident in London

Paul received his LPC from Nottingham Law School, England, in 2001; his Postgraduate Diploma in media, Internet, and telecommunications law from the University of Melbourne, Australia, in 2000; and his LLB (Hons) from the University of Hull, England, in 1998

Paul is admitted to practice in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
