Preetam A. Shingavi is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation and Intellectual Property Practices. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Shingavi was an associate at an international law firm, where he defended a large memory manufacturer in a state court antitrust litigation, a television manufacturer in an ITC patent infringement action, and an online website in a federal copyright litigation.

Mr. Shingavi received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2006, where he was named to the Order of the Coif. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Shingavi was a senior software engineer with Austin Info Systems. He received his B.S. in computer science, B.A. in government, and B.A. in economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000.
