Christopher D. Stearns is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Mr. Stearns received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2005, where he was an associate editor of the Journal of International Economic Law. He received his A.B., summa cum laude, in government and legal studies from Bowdoin College in 2001, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He also researched British constitutional politics at the University of York, England in 2002 as a Fulbright Scholar.

Mr. Stearns is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
