Russell R. Bruch is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Bruch represents employers in a broad array of labor and employment law matters, including matters before federal and state trial courts and administrative agencies. He also has handled wage and hour class and collective actions and has litigated single-plaintiff discrimination and harassment cases (including gender, race, age, and disability discrimination and harassment). Mr. Bruch's practice has involved litigating various noncompete and restrictive covenant matters. He also drafts personnel policies, contracts, and handbooks, as well as counsels clients regarding a variety of federal and state employment laws.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Bruch worked on education policy for The American Institutes for Research. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2004, where he served as co-chair of the Legal Education Project. Mr. Bruch received his B.A., cum laude, in history from Wake Forest University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 2000.

Mr. Bruch is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
