Howard W. Chu is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Real Estate Practice. Our real estate attorneys represent major corporations, regional and national developers, REITs, private equity funds, institutional lenders, investors, pension funds and advisers, and special servicers in connection with their ownership, use, and financing of real estate. 

Mr. Chu earned his J.D., with honors, from Ohio State University College of Law in 2004 and his B.S. in computer science and systems analysis from Miami University of Ohio in 2001.

Mr. Chu is admitted to practice in California.
