Robert W. Murray leads Morgan Lewis's Miami office Real Estate Group. Mr. Murray's practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, particularly real estate acquisitions and dispositions, multi-property and single-property financings, workouts and restructurings, office, industrial and retail leasing, and construction projects. Mr. Murray also advises corporate clients on general business and contract law issues.

Mr. Murray is the firm's Miami office Pro Bono Chairman and devotes a significant portion of his practice to pro bono matters.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Murray practiced real estate law from 1985 to 1991 with a leading firm in New York City, where he worked on some of the largest real estate projects in New York.

Since relocating to Florida in 1992, Mr. Murray has represented numerous sellers, purchasers, tenants, landlords and users of major office buildings, research and industrial facilities, hotels and condominium properties throughout the State of Florida, and many domestic and international lenders in connection with large loans secured by real estate located both within and outside the State of Florida.

Mr. Murray is admitted to practice in Florida and New York.
