Sarah L. Engle

Sarah L. Engle is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. Engle's practice involves every aspect of employee benefits, executive and equity compensation, and related areas. She handles the design, drafting, and operation of tax-qualified pension and profit-sharing plans, health and welfare arrangements, deferred compensation plans, and employment agreements. Additionally, Ms. Engle focuses on regulatory compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA and also assists in resolving benefits issues that arise in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Ms. Engle earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2010, where she was named to the Order of the Coif and served as an articles editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. She earned her B.S., summa cum laude, in political science and legal studies from Indiana State University in 2007, where she was a recipient of the Hines Medal.

Ms. Engle is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
