Nan Elizabeth Kopan

Office Manager

Nan E. Kopan is office manager for Morgan Lewis's Houston office. Ms. Kopan is responsible for the daily operation and administrative management of the office, including financial management, human resources, nonlegal staff management, and space and facilities management. She also acts as a liaison between the Houston office and firm management.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Kopan held the position of law firm administrator, as well as vice president of administration and vice president of human resources for a consulting firm and other corporations. She has more than 30 years of administrative management experience for a variety of organizations.

Ms. Kopan attended Rose State College and Graceland University and has completed accounting course modules via La Salle Extension University. She earned her SPHR Certification in 1997 and has been a member of the Society of Human Resource Management since 1992.
