S. Bradley Perkins is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Perkins focuses his practice on complex class action and single-plaintiff litigation under ERISA. Mr. Perkins represents employee benefit plan sponsors and service providers along with their employees, officers, and directors, in federal litigation challenging fiduciary conduct in connection with employer securities, the valuation of employee stock ownership plans, early retirement benefits, and 401(k) plan fee structure. He also defends clients against claims of vesting and funding violations and against individual claims for benefits under employee welfare and pension plans.
