Prevailed in multimillion-dollar arbitration before the Netherlands Arbitration Institute arising from failure of U.S. private equity funds to consummate purchase from Swedish multinational corporation of manufacturing subsidiaries in Italy, Japan and the U.S.

FreeMarkets v. Vésper S.A. Prevailed in international arbitration in Portugal against Brazilian telecommunications carrier on claims stemming from breach of electronic procurement services contract. Recovery of $1.7 million.

Cytokine PharmaSciences, Inc. v. Convergence Pharmaceuticals, Inc., et al. Successfully represented biotech company in Massachusetts state court action against pharmaceutical company and former officer asserting claims for misappropriation of intellectual property, tortious interference and unfair trade practices.
