Mitchell K. Rovner is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice and a member of the firm's Securities Litigation Practice. Mr. Rovner practices primarily in the areas of securities, contract, and general commercial litigation. He has represented Fortune 500 and international corporate clients in complex civil litigation in U.S. courts, including multinational litigation and international arbitral proceedings. Mr. Rovner has litigated matters involving securities and accounting fraud, Alien Tort Statute claims, and international criminal extradition, as well as general commercial and financial disputes.

Mr. Rovner received his J.D. from Columbia University Law School in 2000, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He received his M.S. in economics from the University of Illinois in 1999 and graduated as a Chancellor's Scholar with bachelor's degrees, with highest distinction, in political science and economics from the University of Illinois in 1996.

Mr. Rovner is a member of the American Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and New York and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
