Matthew J.D. Hogan

Matt Hogan is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

After joining the firm in 2003, Mr. Hogan left to clerk for Judge Eduardo C. Robreno of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and then returned to the firm in 2004.

Mr. Hogan earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was the recipient of a First Year Oral Advocacy Award. As a third-year law student, he worked in the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office for Rockingham County as part of the Prosecution Clinic, helping to prosecute crimes against the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Hogan earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from John Carroll University, with a major in political science and a minor in Spanish.

Mr. Hogan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
