David P. Cohn is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. His practice focuses on employee benefits issues, including qualified private and public pension plans and health and welfare plans in both a single and multi-employer context, as well as nonqualified deferred compensation plans and employment agreements. Attorneys in the Labor and Employment Practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association, fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and partners recognized for professional excellence in The Best Lawyers in America.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Cohn was a consultant for a large, international human resources consulting firm.
Mr. Cohn earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2004 from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was a member of the Loyola Law Journal. He earned his B.A., with honors, in economics from Grinnell College in 1988.
