Katherine E. Kenny is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
Ms. Kenny earned her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 2007, where she served on the Journal of International Law and Business. While in law school, Ms. Kenny was president of the Student Effort to Rejuvenate Volunteerism, where she initiated and coordinated a law student spring break volunteer trip to Louisiana to support hurricane relief efforts in 2006 and 2007.
Prior to law school, Ms. Kenny taught fifth grade for the Chicago Public School System as a member of Teach for America. While teaching, she earned her M.Ed. from National Louis University in 2004. Ms. Kenny earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in government from the University of Notre Dame in 2002.
Ms. Kenny is admitted to practice in Illinois and Pennsylvania.
