Marlene L. Shea is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Shea represents life science and technology companies in venture capital and other financing transactions, the negotiation and structuring of licensing and other complex collaborations, corporate partnering arrangements, strategic alliances, supply and distribution arrangements, and co-promotions and joint ventures. She also represents privately and publicly held companies regarding a range of business matters that include general business law, securities law, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Shea was an associate in the corporate group of a regional law firm in Roseland, New Jersey.

Ms. Shea received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark in 2005 and her B.A. from the University of Delaware in 2000.

Ms. Shea is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
